104 major federal infrastructure projects have been tracked across the 27 years from 1999 to 2026, spanning five administrations (Obasanjo, Yar'Adua, Jonathan, Buhari, Tinubu). 78 are completed and 26 are ongoing.
By the count of tracked projects in this dataset, Muhammadu Buhari (2015–2023, 8 years) leads with the largest number of delivered or commissioned federal projects, followed by Olusegun Obasanjo (1999–2007, 8 years). Tinubu's tenure (2023–present) is still in progress.
Each project is attributed to the president under whose tenure it was commissioned (for completed projects) or is being delivered (for ongoing projects). When a project was initiated under a prior administration, that earlier president is also noted in the project record.
Every project entry cites at least one verified source.
